I’m Bethany, a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in Ohio with over seven years of clinical experience. I have a bachelor’s in psychology and a master’s in clinical mental health counseling and I specialize in OCD and anxiety-related concerns. I use gold standard Exposure & Response Prevention (ERP) therapy for OCD.
Outside of counseling, you’ll probably find me at a local coffee shop, cooking, with my dogs Carl and Cali, or browsing a bookstore for (yet another) book to start reading. My clients get a real, human therapist who knows how to guide them toward a calmer, more peaceful life.

I believe in transparency so my fee is posted here. What you see is what you get. It is often an investment in your health and wellbeing to participate in therapy and it is important to be informed. I am a private pay out of network therapist and the rate is $150 for 55 minutes of psychotherapy. This is billed to your card on file via automatic payment after each session.
I am out of network which means I choose not to be paneled with insurance companies. If you are looking for an anxiety therapist in Columbus Ohio and to use your insurances’ out of network (OON) Benefits:
I have partnered with Mentaya to help clients use their out-of-network benefits to save money on therapy. Use this tool to see if you qualify for reimbursement for my services. Your insurance may reimburse 50-80% of your session cost. Average reimbursement is around 62%.
Not all insurances have OON benefits but many do so please put in your information to check! You may have to meet an OON deductible first. Medicaid and traditional Medicare plans do not have out-of-network benefits and are not eligible for reimbursement through Mentaya.
